Is there a war going on anywhere in the world that the US doesn't have something to do with?!?

Well, there it is. The US military is directly (that is physically) and officially, involved, on the Georgian side, in this erupting conflict. Reasonableness tells me this is not the only, nor perhaps even the primary, connection between the two (let's not forget oil pipeline routes), but in case you were in doubt...
