Control of the most vital of resources, such as food and water, is the most fundamental form of control that can be exerted by governments and other "legal" entities such as the World Health Organization, which would more appropriately and honestly be called something like the World Pharmaceutical Companies Lobby. Be aware, advocates of world government are trying to exert their control in regulatory ways such as the ones noted in this video, in addition to their warmongering and killing.
