Lyndon LaRouche, a former presidential candidate, statesman, economist and chairman and founder of the political action committee LaRouche PAC, delivered this address in Washington, DC on May 7, 2008. As I've noted before, I'm not sure what I think about the entirety of LaRouche's economics, this address is right on. Whatever one's particular economics theory or theoretical leanings, it is clear we all need to stand up against the prevailing theory run-amok today that is clearly stamped with the old adage, absolute power absolutely corrupts. The American people, quite simply, are being robbed, and most of them don't even know it. Excellent work, Mr. LaRouche. Thank you.
