Flashback to 1979...a propaganda piece in its own right, but far more revealing than one could expect from ABC today. In this news special they cover some aspects of the human experimentation performed by the CIA and other US intelligence agencies, experiments they performed on both witting an unwitting subjects for decades. Often called "mind control" experiments, they usually involve LSD and/or other psychotropic drugs being administered to CIA agents themselves, or moreoften whatever subjects they can get their hands on from prostitutes to prison inmates.
